Getting Ready for Your First Day
Your first day will include a lot of new information, so it’s important to take care of the technical setup in advance.
Please complete the steps below before your start date - this will help you ease into your first day and avoid getting distracted by small organizational details.
We kindly ask you to complete all of these steps beforehand, unless there is a valid reason why something cannot be completed before your first day.
Sign in to your Google account and enable 2FA authentication
Sign in to Slack - our corporate messaging workspace
Set up the corporate VPN
You’ll need it to access our internal tools.

Please follow the link and answer a few questions for new joiners. We will use your responses and photos for a company-wide introduction that will be shared on your first working day.

Set up MDM on your mobile device
MDM is an app that lets you access all your work tools on your phone. Without it, you won’t be able to use corporate email or Slack. That’s why installing MDM is required.
Your First Day at Work
Your first day will include several onboarding activities designed to help you get oriented, meet the team, and learn the essentials. Here’s what to expect:
Check your Google Calendar
A Welcome meeting has already been scheduled in your corporate Google Calendar. Please open your calendar, make sure the meeting is in your schedule and check that the correct time zone is set in your calendar settings - sometimes it can reset automatically.
Joining the HR Ops meeting
During the meeting, you’ll learn key information about the processes and tools you’ll need for your work.
Self-study of company materials
Your first working day is dedicated to getting familiar with the company and reviewing the essential materials. After the Welcome meeting, you will have time to complete your onboarding tasks.
Completing two mandatory information security tests
The Information Security team has prepared two short tests.They are important for basic information security and for protecting your work accounts.
Final quiz
At the end of the day, you'll take a short quiz based on the materials you've covered. It helps reinforce the key information and make sure everything is clear.
Meeting with your manager on the second day
On the second day, you have a meeting with your manager scheduled. Make sure it’s in your calendar. If it’s not there, feel free to schedule the meeting yourself and invite your manager.
